Your computer should be reliable and worry free. When its not, it’s time to call an expert. Private IT will look at your computer and fix it. But we’ll do more than that. We’ll take steps to protect you and your computer against failures in the future. We want your repeat business, but not at the expense of your trust. We don’t charge an hourly or by-the-job rate. It’s a flat rate every time. The only thing extra is parts; you pay for parts what we pay. We don’t make a double profit there.
When you call us a Private IT technician will contact you and make an appointment to come and pick up your computer. We will make every effort to get your computer back to you as quickly as possible and in all but the most complicated of problems we should never have your computer longer than seven days, unless we are waiting on parts. For parts we are waiting on the mail man. If waiting on parts to arrive takes too long for you we can purchase the parts locally, but they will certainly cost more.
If we can’t fix your PC you don’t pay us anything. Private IT can fix most problems but there are some things we don’t do because of the expense to you. We don’t build computers and we don’t replace motherboards or CPUs. Other than that, we’d love for you to consider us for your next PC repair.
